Support for "Standort Deutschland" by PQ+
PQ+ is a network of consultants and trainers offering a vast array of competences aimed at the achievement of Business Excellence for companies and organizations in Germany .
Business Excellence is an essential requirement to be at the top of the international competition. And only the excellent, globally leading German companies and organizations are in a position to secure the existing jobs in Germany, create new employment, and influence the entrepreneurial climate in Germany in such a positive manner that more companies will chose to settle anew in our country, and let international capital circulate again.
Products and services of outstanding quality as well as competitive productivity are important elements of Business Excellence, to name but these. They are key to high customer satisfaction (new customers and new orders) and to attractive business results (more investitions in "Standort Deutschland").
PQ+ supports among others the improvement of quality and productivity increase for our customers in Germany. To achieve this, we apply globally leading technologies and methods. Among these are the video-based productivity improvement through AviX that regularly achieves results in excess of 20%. This, again, is a prerequisite to stay competitive, even in Germany, with the many low cost countries emerging around the globe.
But also the individual engagement of PQ+ consultants and trainers contributes to the development of the "Standort Deutschland". This includes honorary teaching positions at universities (transfer of both Business Excellence Know How and experience to future German managers) as well as leading roles in organizations like SOL D (Society for Organisational Learning Deutschland), . SOLD strives to foster a culture of change and continual improvement through organizational learning.
Therefore PQ+ welcomes and supports the initiative "Sachen machen!" (let's do it)
of the German VDI (Association of Engineers). "Sachen machen!" has the objective to make Germany the globally leading place for technology by 2015 through projects and specific actions.
