In its latest edition the mangement monthly Impulse reports on the difficulties to find the best consultant. Specifically for SMEs the selection of the appropriate consulting support is "extremely difficult".
Impulse points specifically to PQ+' offer to support the consultant selection process: "Within usually one day consultants like Barbara Büchner, Managing Director of PQ Unternehmensberatung in Speyer can clarify, if the client does actually have a basic problem and needs significant external support. Or, if already a short training for the employees is sufficient. If wished, Büchner does also identify the appropriate consultant."
This way PQ+ has already supported several clients in problem analysis and consultant selection. In this process our clients appreciate both our ability to point to highly qualified consultants within our network as well as supporting an objective selection process if we can not or would not cover the required competencies.
