High Performance Leadership - What does High Performance within Leadership imply?

Does High Perfomance Leadership mean Leadership in square? According to our understanding high performance within Leadership on the one hand stands for a certain attitude and a bunch of competencies on the executive's side, on the other hand the responsibility to guide the team in the work process to high performance.

How to succeed in the excellence of developing such an intelligent and wise Leadership behaviour in combination with a work culture characterised by ideal processes, optimal assignment of activities and appreciative relationship?

The Medal of leadership has two sides: the individual executive with his behavioural role, repertoire and image of humankind and the executive as part of the organization, responsible for the implementation of corporate values, objectives and leadership. That alone produces contradictions and conflicts which turn the leadership business into a balancing act. What does High Performance Leadership in this context mean? Simplifying or even more complexity in the management business?

High performance is based on voluntariness: More to do than the average. Ensuring special effort, even if the own capacity is almost reached. Ready to mobilise intensively and against hurdles. To find solutions, even if less performing colleagues have abandoned.

The will to achieve high performance acquires a strong emotional attachment to both, the company and the superiors. The employee feels constrained to the success of "his company" out of an inner drive . The prerequisite for this lies in everybody. The art is to know one's preferred areas of activity, to be aware of one's work preferences and to bring everything in line. We support you in this process. Sophocles already told us: "Look and you will find it. What is not searched for, will remain undetected. " Let us explore.
